Privacy
A personal academic site that doesn’t track you. Here’s exactly what that means.
01 What this site stores
This website stores only two things, and only in your own browser’s local storage, never on a server:
- Theme preference: whether you chose light, dark, or system appearance.
- Entry & notice token: a one-time flag recording that you’ve passed the entry screen and seen the storage notice, so you aren’t asked again.
The site also keeps anonymous visit statistics via Google Analytics, under Google’s privacy policy. No advertising, no cross-site tracking, nothing profiled or sold. You can decline this in the cookies note (Only essential), and clear everything the site stores right here:
02 The contact form
The contact form sends nothing to this site. On submit, your browser opens your own email application with the message drafted and addressed to me; you decide whether to send it. A brief automated spam check runs on submit, and the same brief check runs once at the entry screen; your message text is never part of it. Any email you send is handled under the privacy practices of your own email provider.
03 Third-party resources
The site is delivered via Cloudflare (privacy policy). Fonts are bundled with the site; nothing is fetched from font services. Outbound links (Google Scholar, ORCID, LinkedIn, X, publisher DOIs) are governed by those services’ own policies.
04 Your rights
Because no personal data is collected or held by this site, there is nothing for it to access, correct, or delete. Any questions, reach me through the contact form.
05 Changes
If this site’s practices ever change, this page will be updated with a new date above.
